1.) She's a witch??? idk that that has any special smell though unless he can smell magic or sense it running through her veins or something
2.) dirt and plants and foxes and fluff slugs (do fluff slugs have a smell who knows) and something vaguely... chemical, from her potions
3.) uhhh she spends a lot of time with Stefan so it's possible she might smell like him too? And I don't know if he'd sense the whole "has died three times" thing, but if he can, I'm fine with him knowing
