BELTHAZAR 1.) Belth is pretty obviously an elf because of the ridiculous bunny ears and GLOWING EYES. He's got standard biology, but he also has magic permeating through his whole body. Arcane magic is somewhere between raw mana and lightning, so it might smell like ozone.
2.) In addition to what I mentioned above, he also smells like sweets (from baking) or whatever delicious thing he's cooked recently, old books, and very faintly of demon/fel magic. Fel smells awful though it's hard to tell what it actually smells like since it doesn't... exist, so feel free to make shit up. I say faintly because he doesn't practice fel magic and he doesn't hang around people who do, but he's tainted anyway (that's what makes his eyes glow green). It'll take a couple hundred years to wear off.
3.) He hangs out with Eithan, another vampire, and actually has an Arrangement, so uh... Garrett might be able to notice little cuts on his hands where he's been feeding.
4.) Nah, just one of those standard pretentious high fantasy dictions.
5.) Belth can sense magic since he feeds on it like a vampire, but if there's no like actual magic involved then he doesn't really care.
DEZEL 1.) I'll default to whatever Akai puts for Mikleo on this one, but I'll take a stab at it for now. Dezel is a wind seraph, or a kind of elemental spirit. Seraphim don't need to eat or even breathe, so the best I can give you is 'made out of energy that sort of vaguely resembles a human'? They bleed, and Dezel is actually blind from a wound he suffered to the eyes, so there's some precedence for being passably human. Those without superhuman senses or natural spiritual sensitivity can't see or hear seraphim. That said, vampires ought to at least be able to hear him since animals have no issues interacting with/seeing him.
2.) Dezel smells like leather (he wears a lot of it) and animals, but he doesn't stink exactly. He likes dogs though, and he cooks a LOT of sweets and bar food, so he probably smells like that too. I usually throw down 'feathers' too, or a summer wind. Wind has a smell, sometimes.

5.) Dezel can't see him sparkling.
KANDA 1.) Kanda is human... ish. He has a holy weapon that lives in his blood so if his katana disappears, he can just summon it through that again. Also, his body is on a time limit-- he's got a few years left maybe if he just went home and knitted socks, but of course he's not going to do that. He's died and been revived so many times that, though ridiculously powerful, his life force is beginning to wane. His healing factor is much slower than it used to be as a result.
2.) Kanda gardens in his spare time and occasionally tries his hand at cooking Japanese food. He's vain as hell, so he showers a lot. He's a heathen who washes his hair with soap.
3.) Kanda tries very hard not to let on that he hallucinates lotus flowers damn near constantly, but if there's like a little twitch or his eyes fall on something that's obviously not there, Garrett is free to notice. It's part of having a brain transplant.
4.) I'm not actually sure about this one. The canon is in Japanese but the characters speak English and the Black Order base is in London???? But Kanda was hatched in a Chinese lab... but he has memories from being a (probably) British exorcist.
